Domain Change Faq's
Q. how long will I have access to my @mail.usip.edu email account?
A. Once the transition is complete in January, all students will have until the end of the spring semester to forward any old emails to their new account.
Q. Will I continue to receive new emails in my @mail.usip.edu account?
A. No. After January 2, any emails sent to your old account will be automaticlly forwarded to the new @mail.usp.edu email account.
Q. What if my password, p@mmddyy is not working for my account?
A. You can contact the helpdesk at ithelp@usp.edu or by phone at 215-596-7611
Q. How do I forward emails from my old account?
A. Once in your old email account, open an email and click the forward tab. type in the email address you wish to send to and click send.
Q. Will the @usp.edu forward still work for my account?
A. Yes, for students who began prior to FA ‘07 the forward will direct messages to your @mail.usp.edu account as of January 2, 2008.
