SumSearch:

Produced by the University of Texas Health Sciences center at San Antonio. Better than its clunky interface indicates. It provides guided searching to Medline as well as metasearching on the Internet to websites with reliable information.

PEDro:

Jointly done by the University of Sydney Physiotherapy Department and the Australian Physiotherapy Association and partially funded by the Australian Motor Accidents Authority. It attempts to include all systematic reviews and randomized controlled trials that are of use to practice in physical therapy. A model for other health professions.
