- Griffith Hall. This principal University building houses the Admission and the Financial Aid Offices, the Office of the President, the Deans of Misher College of Arts and Sciences and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, the Human Resources Department, the Marvin Samson Center for the History of Pharmacy, the Information Technology Department, the state-of-the-art CAPS Laboratory, as well as the Departments Chemistry & Biochemistry, Occupational Therapy, and Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Administration.
- Kline Hall. Home to the Department of Social Sciences, the Offices of Finance, Controller, and Student Accounts, and the Cashier’s Office.
- Pharmacology-Toxicology Center. Houses the Pharmacology-Toxicology program, classrooms, teaching and research laboratories, and faculty offices.
- Robert McNeil Graduate Study and Research Center. Home to the College of Graduate Studies, the Pharmaceutics Program, graduate research laboratories for pharmaceutics and chemistry, and the Albert Penick Experimental Greenhouse used for graduate study in medicinal chemistry and pharmacognosy.
- Whitecar Hall. Houses the USP Bookstore, Cappuccinos café, the Division of Student Affairs, the Registrar’s Office, the Advising Center, the Teaching and Learning Center, the Division of Academic Affairs, the Division of Marketing and Development, and other administrative offices.
- Rosenberger Hall. Renovated in 2000, this building (situated in Clark Park) contains two state-of-the-art classrooms, a conference room, and a computer work room.

- 4101 Woodland Ave. Houses the Mayes College of Healthcare Business and Policy, Dept. of Development
- East Building. Home to the Department of Humanities.
- 4140 Woodland Avenue. Home to Student Health and Counseling Services, the Writing Center, the Tutoring Center and the Career Center.
- McNeil Athletic Fields. Tennis courts, a softball field, a jogging track, and 11 acres of green space are located here.
- Joseph W. England Library. The University’s library, filled with books, periodicals and electronic resources (over 6,000 electronic journals and all relevant databases) to support study in all curricula. Its collection of pharmaceutical literature has a national reputation.
- Wilson Student Center. The Campus Dining Hall is housed here, as well as student lounges and recreation rooms, a computer laboratory, student organization offices, and honor-student housing.
- Goodman Hall. Residence Hall with two- and three-person rooms.
- Alumni Hall. Testing facility
- McNeil Science and Technology Center.A focal point and gathering place on campus, the 78,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility houses laboratories, classrooms, and lecture space. The departments of biological sciences, bioinformatics, and math/physics/statistics call the McNeil STC home.
- Athletic Recreation Center. This state-of-the-art facility includes a swimming pool, an elevated jogging track, an extensive weight-room facility, and basketball and volleyball courts.
- Utility Building.
- 4500 Woodland Avenue. Contains the Office of Public Safety & Security, the Facilities Services Department, the Woodland Café, and classrooms.
- Glasser Hall. Houses the Departments of Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant Studies, the Office of the Dean of the College of Health Sciences, PT labs, and classrooms.
