Combining health promotion, scientific research, and business education, the Exercise Science and Wellness Management program gives students the skills to help direct people toward healthier lifestyles. In particularly, the program integrates classroom knowledge and fieldwork assignments to give students real-world experiences as they are required to complete a two-semester, hands-on practicum in a sport, fitness, health, or recreation setting of their choice.
Because this field is a fast-growing, dynamic discipline, degree holders have a variety of career path and advanced-degree options.
