The Annual Student Leadership Awards Program will be held on Tuesday, April 15 at 6:00 pm in the Astra Zeneca Auditorium, STC-145.

Nominations

In preparation of this ceremony, Student Government and Student Life need your assistance in nominating students, faculty, staff and organizations for the following awards. After all nominations are received in the Student Affairs Office, a committee will be formed to select the winning nominees.

Use the General Student/Organization Leadership Awards Nomination Form to nominate for these awards:

  • Student Organization of the Year
  • Martin Luther King Service Award
  • Emerging Student Leader of the Year
  • Persevering Leader of the Year
  • Collaborative Leader or Organization of the Year
  • Outstanding Multicultural program of the Year
  • Outstanding Advisor of the Year
  • Outstanding Community Development/Philanthropic Program

Please note:

  • A completed nomination form for these awards must be submitted to Patty O'Hagan in the Student Affairs Office, Room 118 or via e-mail p.ohagan@usp.edu by Monday, March 24.
  • We encourage self-nomination for any category.
  • Individuals may nominate in as many categories as they wish.
  • Individuals may nominate more than one person/organization in the same category.

Please note:
