The Annual Student Leadership Awards Program will be held on Tuesday,
April 15 at 6:00 pm in the Astra Zeneca Auditorium, STC-145.
Nominations
In preparation of this ceremony, Student Government and Student
Life need your assistance in nominating students, faculty, staff
and organizations for the following awards. After all nominations
are received in the Student Affairs Office, a committee will be
formed to select the winning nominees.

- We encourage self-nomination for any category.
- Individuals may nominate in as many categories as they wish.
- Individuals may nominate more than one person/organization in
the same category.
